We’re excited to announce the release of version 2.7.0 of the Bold App, packed with new and improved features for our business customers. This update enhances the overall experience for Bold Business Account holders, making the app more intuitive and efficient.
In this blog, we’ll cover a streamlined way to invite users via email—now simpler than ever! This feature is exclusive to Bold Business Account holders, who also enjoy access to the Smart Access Manager. It makes it easy to manage users and locks with specific access rights.
Invitation via email
We’ve simplified the process of inviting users to the Bold App. With the updated invitation flow, you can send email invites quickly and easily, reducing the number of steps involved.
You can still use your phone’s address book to add new users—contacts will appear automatically as you type, speeding up the process and minimizing errors. If the new user’s email address isn’t in your contacts, you can manually enter it in the app.
Once the email invitation is accepted, the email address will be stored and displayed alongside the user’s information, so you’ll know exactly who you’ve invited.
