From today you have access to version 2.7.0 of the Bold app, with new and improved features. In this blog, we explain what this update means for you as a customer with a Bold Business Account. With a focus on simplicity and overall experience for our business customers, we have updated the app's functionalities.
In this blog, we discuss a new, more efficient way to invite users via email. This option is only available to customers with a Bold Business Account. This account also offers other benefits for Bold Business users, such as access to the Bold Business Portal, which allows you to easily create and manage groups of users and locks with specific access rights.
Invitation via email
To enhance the simplicity and efficiency of managing your business processes via the Bold App, we have improved the user invitation process. Thanks to the improved invitation flow, business users now arrange access faster and in fewer steps. Sending an invitation is now even easier: with just one click, you send an invitation via email.
You can still use your phone's address book when you add a new user. Contacts are automatically retrieved while typing, reducing the risk of errors and speeding up the process! Also, the email address is automatically fetched while you are typing. It is not a problem when you do not have the new user's email address in your address book. There is also the option to enter it manually in the app.
When the email invitation is accepted, the email address is stored and presented alongside the user's information. This way, you can be sure that you have invited the right person.
