Good decision

Extremely satisfied

Great lock, great customer service. TOP, TOP, TOP!!!

There are many locks on the market. Each lock has its pros and cons, which can be improved with updates or accessories. The most important thing, however, is the lock's security, and that has to work perfectly from the start. This is 100% the case! Not everything is perfect, and not every problem can be blamed on the product. Many problems are caused by smartphones (firmware, etc.). The customer service here at BOLD can truly be called customer service. I would buy this lock again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend it.

Best electronic lock

For me, it's the best electronic lock available. Works well. Luckily, it doesn't open automatically, but it has to be turned manually. I consider this a must-have. So, I'm very happy with it.

Best solution as far as smart locks are concerned, no risk of accidentally leaving the door open.

We're so happy with this system that we even had three doors modified to accommodate the Bold lock. No more keys, and welcome remote access control.
