Never regretted it for a moment.

Perfect! Should have bought it much sooner... Even the kids can come in independently now. The clickers could be made a bit sturdier, though.

Great product. I already had the first version of the Bold smart lock. However, the Bold Elite is an even better product. The outside knob turns more easily, and the extra features compared to the standard lock are convenient. Installation is a breeze, and the software works perfectly.

I can highly recommend it.

Works great for a Bed and Breakfast; recommended!

We use this for our Berg en Bos Suite. During the installation, we had some hiccups due to our own fault. But to be fair, your helpdesk helped us get it working and looked into our system online. It was like a mini-course on how everything works. We're now using the system very pleasantly. Our guests, in particular, are always happy with it and think it's a really nice gadget. Great product, does what it promises, and is easy to use!

In a word, fantastic, and that should be said sometimes.

As a computer illiterate I had to change my email address because it no longer existed and I forgot my password, but that was handled perfectly and everything is working great again. Bas helped me tremendously.
