Super Service!

The SmartLock lock worked perfectly until it suddenly stopped locking. While that was disappointing, SmartLock's service was all the more gratifying: perfect communication with support, thorough analysis, acceptance of the warranty claim, and immediate provision of a replacement device. This could also be easily integrated into the app.

Satisfied

Very satisfied. Works as described. It's just a bit of a learning curve at first, knowing exactly what the functions/options do and what their consequences are. But once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use. There are four of us in the family, and parental access is also available via a push button.

Works as promised

It's been running very reliably so far, a real relief for the case we currently have.

Best price-performance product ever purchased

I bought the Bold Elite Pack a year ago. I'm completely satisfied. Four of us have five people in our household. Everyone has the app and can open the door for others completely keyless, even remotely with an internet connection. The installation is extremely easy, and the clicker and app work flawlessly. The battery life is very long. So far, it's been great.
