Great purchase! Wonderful not to carry a key anymore and to open the door with your phone in your pocket! It all works very well and the app is fantastic. The Elite offers just that little bit more security, and with Bold Connect, everything can also be opened remotely. I should have done this 10 years earlier 😃.

Best lock ever and best decision we made to start using it.

We have been using the lock for several years now, best decision ever. It offers great convenience and simplicity while still being secure. It’s easy to grant and revoke access for others. Now it’s also ideal for our son with remote control. We wouldn’t want anything else anymore.

Sophisticated system at a top price

It's doable, but it still has some minor flaws.

The lock is great. First off, the hub. However, you only need the hub if you have an electronic door opener or a Matter Hub. With the Matter Hub, you can then activate the lock without having to open the app. The hub can also send a signal to, for example, activate an opener. Customer service is so-so. I bought the Elite Bundle on sale. I asked if I would still get the same price if I had to exchange the lock. This was confirmed, but the price didn't change. The reason for the exchange was a new front door. I didn't know the dimensions until it arrived. So I used the old front door as a guide. And finally, the location. It's great, you come home, turn the knob, and the lock opens. But the location is completely unsuitable for us. Much too imprecise. ``` We live in a terraced house. According to the location, the castle is in a neighbor's garden diagonally opposite. This is problematic when it comes to security. ...
