Setup was absolutely trouble-free, and it's working as it should so far.

Remove the old lock cylinder using a screw, insert the new Bold cylinder, secure it – almost done. Configure the settings in the app and the door lock was ready to use within minutes.

There are many locks on the market. Each lock has its pros and cons, which can be improved with updates or accessories. The most important thing, however, is the lock's security, and that has to work perfectly from the start. This is 100% the case! Not everything is perfect, and not every problem can be blamed on the product. Many problems are caused by smartphones (firmware, etc.). The customer service here at BOLD can truly be called customer service. I would buy this lock again in a heartbeat and can highly recommend it.
