Return Policy

Registration Period

⬩ Returns must be registered within 30 days of the purchase date.

⬩ After this period, returns can unfortunately no longer be accepted.

Product Condition

⬩ Products must be in their original state, unused, and preferably in their original packaging.

⬩ If we receive a product that is incomplete or damaged, we reserve the right to

withhold (part of) the refund to cover the loss of value

Packaging

⬩ Products must be packed carefully to avoid damage during transport.

⬩ Whenever possible, use the original packaging. If this is not available, please

use a sturdy box with sufficient protective material (e.g., bubble wrap).

Bundles

⬩ It is possible to return a single product without returning the entire bundle.

⬩ The returned item must still meet the condition and packaging requirements stated above.

Exchanges

⬩ Exchanges are not possible. We only process returns and refunds,

whether for individual products or products from bundles.
