How to set up the Bold Widget

Adding the Bold widget to your phone’s home screen only takes a minute, and once it’s there, you’ll unlock doors faster than ever.
Before you start:

• Update the Bold app to the latest version.
• Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
• Make sure your Bold smart lock is already paired in the app.

On iOS:

1. Tap and hold your home screen until the icons jiggle.
   2. Tap the “+” icon in the top corner.
   3. Search for Bold widget and select it.
   4. Choose your preferred size and tap Add Widget.
   5. Place it where it’s most convenient to tap.
   6. Open the Bold app once to link the widget to your lock if prompted.

On Android:

1. Tap and hold an empty spot on your home screen.
   2. Select Widgets from the menu.
   3. Scroll to find the Bold widget and drag it to your screen.
