Good product. But needed some rework.

After looking quite some time for an electronic lock, I finally decided to go for a Bold. Reasons were easy installation and matching with my door lock. Very nice product but I had to rework the lock length extension as this small metal piece was not well manufactured and it did not fit into my door. I needed to sand away some burr at the edges.

Generally happy with it, only it doesn't work without the clicker and mobile. From what I understood, it should work without pressing the clicker or mobile.

Beautiful innovative product

Fine product, works well except for the option to open the door with the code, which does not function properly. After entering the code, there is a sound, but the door continues to swing freely.

Fantastic product. I've got two properties and both now use Bold locks.

This product is excellent. Super convenient to be able to invite people so they can let themselves in when visiting, expire that access, remotely let a contractor in, etc. And the new Elite model lock is a worthy upgrade. I don't think I'm going to replace my existing older lock, but the new lock I just installed at another property is the Elite and it's great to be able to see if the door is locked or not when I'm away from home. Did I lock the door when I left? Did the contractor? Easy to tell. My only piece of advice is to make sure to measure your door per their instructions. In fact, I'd suggest removing your existing lock (it's only one screw) and measuring it out of the door to get things as certain as you can.
