- The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging (make sure you no longer own the lock).

After receipt, Customer Service will process your return and you will receive the purchase amount within 14 days refunded to the account number known to us. If the product is damaged, we can pass on the depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and check that it is well packaged upon return.
