To help you get started smoothly, Bold Pro also includes onboarding videos, information leaflets, and stickers for your door that make it clear to staff and visitors how access with Bold Pro works.
In the portal, you can organise both users and devices into groups, so access stays structured instead of becoming complicated. For example, you can group doors by location, such as front entrance, storage, or office areas. Users can be grouped by role, such as staff, management, or external partners. Access rules are then applied to groups rather than individual doors or people, which saves time and reduces mistakes. The Bold Pro lock is priced at €239 excluding VAT. Once installed, Bold Pro gives you access to professional access management through a single subscription that covers all your locks.
Bold Pro uses a subscription model where the cost per lock drops as you add more locks. As a first time customer, you receive the first two months of subscription for free, giving your business the flexibility to test Bold Pro without commitment. Bold is confident the system will improve daily access management, which is why there is no onboarding fee. If the service does not feel right for your organisation, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
The subscription price depends on the number of locks you manage:
- 0 to 5 locks: €19,00 per month
- 6 to 10 locks: €4,00 per lock per month
- 11 to 20 locks: €3,50 per lock per month
- 20 to 30 locks: €3,00 per lock per month
- More than 30 locks: €2,50 per lock per month
All locks are managed under one subscription, so administration stays simple even as you add more doors or locations. The subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you do, your locks continue to work, but access to portal features such as user management, scheduling, and insights will no longer be available.
