Fine management for locations

We use the business account for our work locations. Fine management and with the connect we get live info from each lock. With the groups function also nice assignment of locks to certain people. Main improvement point is making it more workable on mobile.

Promising product. Brilliant in use.

What a relief! With the Bold business portal, we no longer have key stress. Everything is neatly organized and each employee can choose which account to use for this. Even better would be to provide SAML authentication with EntraID. The app on the smartphone works very well, but is a bit less organized with more than 6 locks.

Wir haben 2 Schlösser im Einsatz, einfacher Einbau, gute Führung durch die Installation, für das ständige Rein und Raus ist ein Clicker sinnvoll, die Erledigung der Post etc. bei Reisen - keine Schlüsselübergaben mit den Nachbarn nötig :-), hätten wir schon viel früher einbauen sollen!

Absolutely worth the upgrade – Bold Elite exceeded our expectations We recently upgraded to the Bold Elite system and couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation was simple, and best of all: no damage to our doors. We had an older system before that required drilling into our (plastic) doors and even cutting the door plate — such a shame in hindsight. With Bold, it all just works without fuss. We’re using both the Bold Smart Lock, the Bold Elite, and the Bold Connect module in combination. The integration is seamless, and it’s great to have access to activity history right in the app. As rental hosts, this gives us peace of mind and an extra layer of control — especially since we can block tags remotely if they get lost or stolen. The design is minimal and very solid — it doesn’t scream “smart lock,” but you can feel the quality. Also, the battery-saving feature is a big plus: our previous (regular) Bold on the other door system lasted around two years, and this one is expected to last even longer. The auto-entry works really well, and the tags themselves perform smoothly. That said — a couple of extra tags would be a great addition… just saying 😊. Some feedback: • The lock/unlock status isn’t fully clear yet in the app — we haven’t figured out where to see if the door is actually locked or not. • For new or unfamiliar users (like Airbnb guests), it’s not always obvious that they need to turn the knob to open the door, and sometimes the signal “beep” is hard to hear. Still, those are minor things. Overall, this system is well-designed, secure, and user-friendly. We’re especially curious how the Matter integration will function once Apple fully supports it — that could make the experience even smoother. Highly recommended for anyone who values convenience, security, and clean installation.
