Personal data of children under 16 years of age

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at privacy@boldsmartlock.com and we will delete that information.

The personal data we process about your behaviour on our website will be kept for a maximum of 6 months, unless there is a legal obligation or legitimate interest to keep the personal data longer.

Personal data relevant for tax purposes, such as financial data (orders), we keep for 7 years after the end of the calendar year in which we received the personal data in order to comply with our tax retention obligation.

Sharing with third parties

We do not provide any user data to third parties unless you gave us permission in order to enable additional services, or it is necessary for the performance of the contract with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
