Buy Bold Installation service*

Check 'Bold Installation service' when you purchase your Bold Smart Lock. This gives us the signal to make an appointment with you. Bold offers this service throughout the Netherlands. Please make sure you choose the right size for the door when ordering.

*Purchase Bold installation service applies to a maximum of 2 locks. Are you interested in the installation service for 3+ locks? Then please contact us first via and we will be happy to help you.


Make an appointment

A maximum of two working days after delivery of your order we will contact you. We will schedule an appointment at a time that suits you. The appointment will always take place after the delivery of your product.


Make preparations

Preparations are not necessary. The only thing we ask of you is to have the key of the existing cylinder that is being replaced ready.


The appointment itself

At the moment of your choosing, we'll be on the sidewalk. We'll take your old cylinder out of the door and install your Bold Smart Lock. We will help you with the use of the mobile application and explain the basic functionalities. Think about inviting users of the lock, setting up a back-up pin and, for example, the operation of auto-activation.
