Whether you already have a Bold Business Account or want to discover the potential of the Bold Business Account, we invite you to explore the new and enhanced possibilities of the Bold Business Portal (which comes with a Business Account) in the following paragraphs.

As a direct response to valuable customer feedback, we have made a significant improvement to the Bold Business Portal for you as a professional user. From now on, there is a more user-friendly approach: email invitations! With this, we put an end to the challenges you have experienced with employee turnover and phone number handovers.

Below is a short step-by-step plan.

1. Navigate to the 'Users' section to view a list of all users within your organisation.
2. Tap the ‘New User’ button at the screen's top right corner.
3. Enter the new user's first and last name, email address, select their preferred language for communication, and click 'invite' to easily invite through email.

In addition to a fresh and updated design, numerous additional features ensure an even more streamlined experience. One new feature is the global search option, allowing you to effortlessly search for usernames, phone numbers, device names, and more. This feature provides smooth and efficient navigation across devices, users, and groups.

Next to this, the Bold Business Portal is now available in the same 8 languages the Bold app offers! These multilingual capabilities contribute to diverse teams and encourage clear communication among team members.

Additionally, the mobile-friendly interface enables accessibility on-the-go, empowering business users to stay connected and productive from any location. 

The portal has been upgraded to provide enhanced functionality for creating and managing user and device groups. Now, users can easily create groups for either users or devices and add them all at once. This streamlined process makes it simpler to organise and oversee your Bold business, with intuitive tools for managing users and devices within these groups.

Setting up user groups is done within a few steps:

1. Navigate to the 'User Groups' section to see a list with the existing user groups within your organisation. 
2. Select the 'New User Group' button located at the top right corner of the screen. 
3. Enter a name for the new user group and choose the users you wish to include. 
4. The final step is to click 'Save' to create the user group. 

Creating device groups is just as easy: 

1. Go to the 'Device Groups' section to access a list of the existing device groups within your organisation. 
2. Click on the 'New Device Group' button located at the top right corner of the screen. 
3. Provide a name for the new Device Group and choose the devices you wish to include. 
4. Finally, click 'Save' to create the device group. It's as simple as that!

Another new feature allows you to effortlessly access detailed device events when zooming into a specific device. This improvement provides detailed information at the device level, offering all the insights you may need. Additionally, when navigating to ‘Events’, you can easily export a CSV file containing essential details such as device details, event types, user data, and timestamps.
